What the service is

AI Photo App is a free web tool. It runs in your browser, no accounts are created, and no payment of any kind is requested or accepted.

You upload a photo, an image model enhances it, and you download the result. That is the entire service.

Your photos stay yours

You keep every right you already had in the pictures you upload, and you keep the rights to the enhanced result. We claim no ownership over either.

Uploaded images are processed and then discarded, and no personal data is stored.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload content that is unlawful, that infringes somebody else's rights, or that depicts a person who has not agreed to it.

Do not attempt to automate, scrape or overload the service, and do not use it to create misleading material about real people.

Availability

The tool is offered as-is and as-available. Because it is free, we make no promise that it will be online at a particular moment, that a queue will be short, or that a specific photo will produce the result you hoped for.

No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Photo App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this free tool. Always keep your own copy of an original photo before you enhance it.

Changes to the service or these terms

Tools may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time, and these terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page.
